Finance and Annual Reports
Other interesting things….
In April 2022, we felt it was the right time to get people together, post COVID-19 to discuss climate change actions, highlight good things that were happening locally and share information about specific local challenges and projects etc.
Below you will find the report from this event, detailing what was discussed to help with any follow ups that can be made by MAC-CAN and individuals interested and able to take any of these ideas forward.
The Annual Potato Day information and order forms
Each year in January there is a Potato Day held in Wigtown, where people can meet up for a warm social with some food and collect Scottish seed grown potatoes that they have pre-ordered. This event fundraises for the Newton Stewart Food Train too and is a great time and place for any local exchanges of seeds etc. as well.
All people in the MAC-CAN DG8 postcode area is welcomed to join the Tattie Team’s customer base and if you can’t get to the January Potato Day event to pick up your order they will deliver them to you.
